With thanks to God the Carmelites of Australia & Timor-Leste announce that Brs Januario Pinto and Pedro Amaral will be ordained priests on 29 July in Luro, Timor-Leste. Bishop Basilio do Nascimento will celebrate the Ordination Mass and Januario and Pedro will celebrate Masses of Thanksgiving the following day. As Deacons, Januario has been ministering in Port Melbourne/Middle Park Parish (VIC) and Pedro in Maubisse Parish (T-L). We congratulate Januario and Pedro and accompany them with our prayerful support as they prepare for ordination.
