You, your family and friends are warmly invited to join us for this year’s Mass of Remembrance at 6.00pm on Saturday 12 November at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, cnr Richardson and Wright Streets, Middle Park, Vic.

Each year The Carmelites hold this special mass as an opportunity to remember, give thanks and pray for those who are now in God’s care. It is also an opportunity to draw strength from each other as we gently continue the journey of entrusting our loved ones into God’s care.

During the Mass you will be invited to light a candle in memory of your deceased relatives and friends and to place it near the altar. You can take the candle home with you at the end of mass.

As Carmelites we accompany people on their journey through grief. We provide solace and comfort, a gentle ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, and practical support to get them through their pain.
